FAQs

Have questions about how our curbside bin cleaning service works? You’re not alone. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.

  • What does your service include?

Each cleaning includes a full wash, sanitize, and deodorize of your trash and/or recycling bin. We use high-pressure hot water (200°+), eco-friendly cleaning products, and a self-contained system that captures all wastewater—leaving your bins clean, fresh, and safe to use.

  • How often should I have my bins cleaned?

Most customers choose monthly service to prevent odor and bacteria buildup. We also offer quarterly and one-time cleanings depending on your needs.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as your bins are accessible and placed at the curb after your trash or recycling has been picked up, we’ll take care of the rest.

  • What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve homeowners across Wake County, North Carolina, including:

    • Raleigh
    • Cary
    • Apex
    • Wake Forest
    • Holly Springs
    • Fuquay-Varina
    • Garner
    • Knightdale
    • And surrounding communities

Not sure if we cover your address? Contact us and we’ll be happy to check.

  • Are your cleaning products safe?

Yes. We use only biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are tough on grime but safe for people, pets, and the environment. All wastewater is collected and disposed of properly to protect local waterways.

  • How do I sign up?

You can sign up online in just a few minutes. Select your plan, enter your address, and schedule your first service. You’ll receive email confirmation and reminders before each cleaning.

  • Do you offer one-time cleanings?

Yes. We offer one-time bin cleanings for special situations—great for post-move, spring cleaning, or as a trial run before signing up for a recurring plan.

  • What types of bins can you clean?

We clean standard residential trash, recycling, and yard waste bins issued by your local municipality or waste provider (typically 32 to 96 gallons).
